1st - Reported today on the scrape were 1 Turtle Dove, 4 Avocets and a Yellow Wagtail. KA

2nd - A drake Garganey was showing well from the hide this morning, also 2 Avocets but little else. GG.

3rd - 2 Spotted Flycatchers were in the gardens by the sewage farm this morning.The scrape was quiet. GG

4th - 2 Avocets, 1 Little Egret and 8 Gadwall. KA 

5th - An evening visit and from the hide were 1 Barn Owl, 1 Little Owl, 5 Avocets and a Little Egret. AD/MR/GG.

6th - This morning at the farm were 4 singing Corn Buntings and this evening 5 Little Egrets on the scrape. GG.

7th - Not much on the scrape with 4 Avocets, 1 drake Wigeon and 2 Little Egrets being the highlights. A short seawatch early evening produced 1 ad Kittiwake and 2 Common Scoter S and 1 Fulmar, 2 Gannets and 2 Sandwich Terns N. GG.

8th - 2 visits today produced 1 Spotted Redshank, 3 Greenshanks, 1 Golden Plover, 3 Blk T Godwits, 4 Avocets and 1 Little Egret. GG/KA. 4 Corn Buntings again at the farm. GG

9th - Litlle on the scrape this morning  but noted was a high flying Hobby. KA.This afternoon a Garden Warbler was by the Sewage farm bushes and 2 Little Tern's were feeding off the sluice. JBS. Early evening a drake Garganey was seen distantly at the back of the meadow, a site rarity in 2 drake Tufted Duck's and a Little Owl were also seen. KA

10th - This evenings birds were 2 Little Tern's again feeding off the sluice and 2 Ringed Plovers on it.The scrape held 2 Avocets, 3 Oik's, 9 Gadwall, 12 Teal and 10+ Shoveler. KA.

11th - The drake Garganey is still present but little else of note. GG.

12th - 4 Avocets and 2 Little Egrets were on the scrape, at sea 2 Gannets and a single Sandwich Tern flew N. KA/GG.

13th - Today 2 adult Med Gulls, 3 Little Egrets and a male Tufted Duck on the scrape. JBS

14th - 6 Avocets on the scrape and a male Marsh Harrier over the back fields were the highlights. AD.

15th- Today noted were a drake Garganey, female Pintail, drake Tufted Duck, 16+ Teal, 10 Gadwall and a Little Egret. PRD

16th - A pair of Garganey showed from the hide this morning also a female Pintail and 9+ Avocets, at sea a Gannet flew N.This evening 2 singing Corn Buntings at the Farm area. GG

17th - Today on the scrape were 8 Avocets, 1 Blk T Godwit, 1 Little Egret and a fly by male Marsh Harrier. GG.

18th - Birds of interest on the scrape this morning were 12 Avocets, 1 Blk T Godwit, 1 Ringed Plover,female Pintail and 3 Sandwich Terns in off the sea. KA. At sea 2 Gannets and 6 Curlews flew S, also 7 Common Scoter went N. GG.

19th - Quiet this evening with only 7 Avocets and 1 Blk T Godwit to note. KA.

20th - A Sandwich Tern on the scrape this morning also 12 Avocets, 2 Ringed Plovers and 1 Blk T Godwit. KA

21st - Today Lousie Drake aged 10 reported from the hide 2 Avocets, 2 Lapwings, 1 Cormorant and some Shelduck.A visit later produced 2 Blk T Godwits and 7 Avocets but little else of note. PRD.  

22nd - Late afternoon from the hide were 2 Green Sandpipers, 1 Dunlin and 1 Blk T Godwits. JBS

23rd - This morning on the scrape were 8 Blk T Godwits, 13 Avocets, 2 Dunlin, 2 Ringed Plovers and a brief Curlew. KA

24th - A late evening visit produced 1 Spotted Redshank, 10 Blk T Godwits, 13 Avocets, 1 Dunlin and 1 Ringed Plover were noted. GG

,25th - 14 Crossbills in the approach road trees this morning before flying S. The scrape held 2 Spotted Redshanks, 17 Avocets, 6 Bk T Godwits and 1 Dunlin. At sea a Fulmar flew S also a steady trickle of Curlew and Oystercatchers. GG. Late afternoon 2 Green Sandpipers were the only new birds on the scrape and a Hobby past the carpark. KA/SC

 26th - A site rarity in the form of a pair of Bullfinches along the approach road this morning. Numbers increasing today with 23 Avocets, 16 Blk T Godwits seen also 1 Dunlin. A Siskin flew S. Very quiet at sea with just 2 Sandwich Terns S noted. GG.

 27th - A sub adult Spoonbill was on the scrape this morning till c1030'ish before flying off high west. The scrape held 40 Blk T Godwits, 19 Avocets, 1 Common Sandpiper and 3 Ringed Plovers. GG/MR/KA/PR/LR.

 28th - Today on the scrape were1 Spotted Redshank, 38 Blk T Godwits, 22 Avocets, 2 Ringed Plovers and 1 Sandwich Tern in with the gulls. PRD. Additions for the evening were 100+ Sand Martins, 1 Hobby, 1 Juv Yellow Wagtail, 1 singing Corn Bunting and a probable 3S Caspian Gull. SM

 29th - This morning and the scrape held  1 Spotted Redshank, 45 Blk T Godwits, 15 Avocets, 3 Dunlin, 5 Curlews, 7 OystercatchersRinged Plovers and 2 Sandwich Terns. KA. Additions for the afternoon were 3 Med Gulls, 2 x 2nd summer, 1 x 1st summer, 1 Little Egret. PRD.

 30th - Today a visit to the scrape produced 1 LRP juv, 1 Spotted Redshank, 52 Blk T Godwits, now only 10 Avocets and 4  Ringed Plovers.GG, also 2 x 2nd summer Med Gulls still present. KA.
