31st - The Black Brant was still present although sometimes difficult to locate amongst c500 Brents. SC/KA/MC/GG.   A Pale bellied Brent was also seen. GG. The scrape held 2 Pintail and 9 Blk T Godwits. An hour seawatching this morning produced 2 male Goldeneyes, 2 female RB Mergansers and 40+ Common Scoters going S,also seen 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Wagtail .

30th - An adult Black Brant was seen amongst c250 Brent Geese, still 5 Blk T Godwits on the scrape.5 Stonechats were also noted. PRD.

28th - 35 White fronted Geese still present, also 5 Blk T Godwits. MC

26th - A Waxwing was seen from the hide feeding with thrushes along the back hedge but could not be relocated later. 32 White fronted Geese still present and on the srape were 1 Ruff, 10 Blk T Godwits and 2 Snipe. JBS. 

25th - 40+ White fronted and 2 Pink footed Geese were still present this morning along with 1 Purple Sandpiper. PBr  

24th - 2 Pink footed Geese had joined the 40+ White fronted Geese this mornng, 7 Blk T Godwits were also on the scrape.6 Purple Sandpipers were ranging between the sluice and the 2nd gun turret. GG/KA.

23rd - White fronted Geese numbers have now reached 41, only several Brents. On the scrape were 8 Blk T Godwits and 4 Snipe of note.Along the seawall were 1 Purple Sandpiper, 8 Sanderlings, 8 Stonechats.  Quiet on the sea. GG.

22nd - The White fronted Geese were still present this morning and now totaling 32, also 162 Golden Plovers, 104 Brent Geese, 37 Curlew, 1 Purple Sandpiper and 5 Sanderlings. AD

21st - 28 White fronted Geese were seen from the hide this morning also a Black Brant was spotted in the flock of 500+ Brent Geese. PNs.

18th - Only 5 Blk T Godwits of interest on the scrape intially then over 600 Brent Geese dropped on, preened for a while then headed back out to the surrounding fields. 330+ Golden Plovers were in the field beyond the scrape. 4 Stonechats, 7 Sanderlings and a single Purple Sandpiper were seen along the seawall. GG.

17th - 6 Siskins flew N over the car park early this morning, on the scrape were 1 Green Sandpiper, 11 Blk T Godwits and 250+ Brent Geese amongst the usual ducks.The surrounding fields held 200+ each of Golden Plovers and Lapwings along with 35 Curlew.A single Purple Sandpiper flew N along the seawall. GG.

15th - On the scrape were 7 Blk T Godwits, 1 Dunlin and 1 Snipe.The surrounding fields held 280+ Golden Plovers and also seen were 5 Stonechats. PRD.

14th - A single Redpoll flew N over the carpark. GG. 350+ Golden Plover and a Med Gull were also noted. SC.

13th - A male Blackcap was feeding on the fruit along the approach road.The scrape held 4 Blk T Godwits,a group of 24 Red legged Partridges and 1 Grey Wagtail.The fields surrounding the farm had 350+ Brent Geese, 300+ Golden Plovers and 200+ Lapwings. A short look out to sea produced 1 Purple Sandpiper and 4 Red T Divers going N. GG. 

12th - A frozen scrape held 55 Curlew and 2 Blk T Godwits,a single Purple Sandpiper was on the far rocks and 2 Sanderlings on the beach.4 Siskins were flyovers and a total of 16 Stonechats were noted during a full site coverage morning. GG.

9th - On there scrape were 8 Blk T Godwits and 2 Snipe. MC/JB.

8th - A single Purple Sandpiper was on the far rocks this morning. AD..Again little on the scrape only 8 Blk T Godwits of note, 4 Sanderlings were on the beach and 2 distant diver spp flew N. AD/GG.

7th - A 1w Kittiwake on the scrape briefly along with 12 Blk T Godwits and 1 Snipe, 17 Siskins moved S. 3 Sanderling were on the beach. GG.

4th- Still a trickle of Siskins moving S with a total of 35 this morning, also a Brambling flew N. 10 Blk T Godwits on the scrape and 5 Common Scoter and a Auk spp flew S. GG.

3rd - A early morning walk along the seawall produced 4 Purple Sandpipers with Turnstones on the boating club rocks, small groups of Siskins were moving S total of 27 also 10 Blk T Godwits on the scrape. GG. 

2nd - On the scrape the only birds of note were 6 Blk T Godwits.MC/JCLate afternoon 3 Goosander (1 drk) flew NW over the scrape. PNs.
